Tin Man

Chest of rust
bottomless oil can
hollow silence
empty pit of grit

Skeletal smile crooked
molded sealed lips
speechless Sahara eyes

No way through
no way around
must rip and tear the paint
to see any sign of life

Will my tears...

Sky’s Canvas

Significance drapes
behind trees
painting its face in rouge
orange, yellows, shy pinks

I stare
at awe-inspired creation
no artist could ever stand
tall enough to tickle clouds
making them...

Moonlit ashes scattered
spelling out satin lullaby’s
hushing chaos around me

Chaos obeys
serenity and tranquility
moons glow breathing life
into darkened lips

Giving stars heimlich
to illuminate its lungs...

Hoodie

Desiring embrace
pour out warmth
fill me up
broth of comfort

Grasping me tight
a corset of cotton
soothing every weight
pacing ticking clocks

Shielding worries
inside cave of daydreams
master over strings
succumbing to my control

If you are only here to mock and belittle you are in the wrong place. If it’s so unworthy of time, why are you giving up yours?….. Unless you plan on being supportive and upbuilding, don't be afraid to let the door hit you on the way out.

It sucks being a bully victim!! Unfortunately the Bully takes out their pain on the wrong people because they lack healthy coping skills. They have no control over their own lives that they become tyrants over everyone else’s. They definitely can smell insecurities and vulnerabilities the way dogs smell fear. And it sucks for the ones who have to suffer!! This was very relatable!!!
