My Grateful Heart

Tonya Richardson 1968 (Mississippi)

You are like a lighthouse and I am a ship lost at sea. You shine a great light across the distance that’s guiding me. I wish I could help you the way you help me. Though I’ve only known you for a short time I feel like I’ve known you for years. I wish I could speak words of comfort and calm your fears. It’s just who I am, I give to others what I need. I get the greatest pleasure from a good deed. Just know that I have an ear that’s ready to listen and a shoulder where you can rest. You are a wonderful, giving and compassionate person and you deserve the best.

~ from a grateful heart

Beautiful and heartfelt poem, Tonya. 99% of anxiety and depression begin in the gut. Heal the gut and biome and rid the body of acidosis and inflammation and these will subside. Diet is the difference between life and death. Try a full raw food diet with juicing and intermittent fasting and you will heal. :-)

A heart- felt poem that speaks of our need for light and vision from above. God healed me of depression and He is our Great Physician. Thank for sharing this beautiful poem
