I look up to Katie Porters and her whiteboard. Also Hana Rawhiti Maipi Clark, New Zealand’s youngest and newest MP. Check her out. Moana vibes for sure. Great poem! I feel sad for the level of ignorance I hold for politics, but through time I will grow.

This is hard for me because I find happiness in the middle of being sad. While whaling out I'll snort a certain way and end up laughing at myself or I'll see an act of mercy so kind I’ll forget the despair. Life is ocean, a wave moving constantly, each change is an emotion, a feeling, an experience. This is happiness to me. Definitely not a place to chase because, yes that is elusive.

I did not grow up with my birth father because he was afraid to be the kind of father his father was to him. My dad is an angry drunk when he drinks, and I only know this because he told me his stories. Only my oldest brother out of us four kids knows our dad’s anger personally. I love your poem. It is raw and beautifully written.

I like a drink every now and again myself, but as you may have guessed from my poem, Cracked Blame, I played with a different poison. My mom tried everything under the sun. Shooting heroin was her favorite. In just the last year I thought I would try smoking everything she tried just to see why. Lol. I have not touched anything for about month and I know I will stay that way. I am happy to understand her a lot better. She passed in 2013 from a heart attack. She was clean five years prior. I have my whole family worried. And one can’t play with fire or will burn.

Well my comment did not post. Lol. I think what I said was this: Every loss of love is worth Its journey. I appreciate you very much for your deeply felt remarks. You are a true gem.

Thank you dear. I love your comments just as they are. I summited this a day or two after we met here. I did not explain myself in this one, did I? It is about my awakening to the monster within. I was naïvely happy before I realized there was not much to be happy about at that conjuncture in my life. Reality had a way of slapping me into perspective. I am very greatful to the Devil, I am. ;)

Your images are so clear and beautifully put. I love reading your words, your stories. It feels as if I am there with you. My tears won’t stop flowing down my cheeks. Ugh…

Yes, yes and yes! I have so many regrets as a young mother and oh how I wish I could rewind time and do it over again for my little seedlings. Your words are so beautifully put. Thank you.

Over the years I have had to work hard to come to peace with my saftey, my salvation. I must reason through reality to find peace. I have come to appericate the seen moments in my everyday life. Part of my purpose is to show and share the beauty of our perfection as we are now, just by being authentically who we are, funny though, it is ever changing.

“….Earth offered herself
to the callings of my truest sense of being

“I have been too unconscious for my own awareness….”

“…my mind has been a misstep upon slippery slopes”

Beautiful. Just beautiful. I feel your words deeply, and yet I can’t clearly see the message. It’s like being surrounded by a pleasant mist that allures one to keep seeking the answer.

I was scared of him and yet felt love. I assumed he was the one with the hatchet. In my grandiose delusion I was hoping he was the man I met online 10 years prior. I truly believed with meeting him in person I was marching to meet my own death. Finding the truth was that important to me. I realized though I was chasing my own inner demon. I realized over time I was potentially what I feared. I thought I was the nice one. Fear unchecked is really scary. Thanks for your comment.
