Let him kiss me with wild kisses made of
his mouth and embrace me, of honeyed love,
For thy soul is pure and sweeter tasting
than wine upon thee, such fine savouring,
And the roof of thy mouth, is soft, like pressed
ripe grapes for thy beloved, oh thy request.

His mouth is of kind sweetness, comely,
He is altogether so lovely,
O love, I am my beloved's and my dear
Beloved is mine, pleasant, lasting, and fair,
Come thy beloved, let us praise of vigour,
I will giveth thee my love of splendour.

He feedeth on my breasts, of pure delights,
For thy love hath a vehement flamed light!
