Beneath a stripe, man summarizes
his being in his own words,
reaching his essence,
and breaking up his views.
He claims a fixed denominator,
explaining thus his coverage
within it all fits,
and then he closes his books.
But the more he calculates,
and ignores all peculiarity
by distorting its words,
his totals show an increasing loss
in contrasting difference.
