ERUPTION
Barry Green Jr 1973 (Florida)
ERUPTION
War erupts!
Falling up
A world insane
Down memory lane
Drums beat
Marching feet
Patriotic cries
Political lies
World runs on,
Hopes are gone
Hear the people
Burn the steeple
Palestine arise
Demonic cries
As tunnels run
A terrorist gun
Hidden they shiver
No hope deliver
Come one, come all
Lift the call
The victim you blame
The devil's own game
Dance to a demonic tune
The end is soon
Brother I'll show ya
As the days of Noah
Learn now from past
Before the die is cast
But hate burns
A fool never learns
Wake up, turn around!
Burn the world to the ground!
Poor lost Eden, can't find
For by sin we’re blind
The bones, they rattle
Ezekiel’s Battle
Heed thee the watchman
Trip over the trashcan
As the enemy approach
Send me now Coach
I'll tell them Lord
I'll swing the sword
And preach the word
Till all have heard
Hallelujah SHOUT!
The victorious are out
Devil I won't dance
You had your chance
You tried to devour
But Christ has Power!
Arise ye Saints! Arise!
Stand now as the world dies
The Lamb who was Slain
Is the Lion who Reign
All the world bows now
Hear the Devil howl
Christian let eyes look up
As all the world erupts
Amen
About this poem
5 For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Messiah,’ and will deceive many. 6 You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. 7 Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are the beginning of birth pains. 9 “Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me.
