Analysis of Falling

Suddenly I was falling.
I did not know how or where
It was as if I had a strange calling.
A calling that sent me falling.
As I fell I began to yell.
When I stopped it was hard to tell.

I was sitting in a chair
In a room that had no floor.
The only thing there was a red door.
When the door opened I got quite a scare.
For in the door it was me standing there.

I got up and walked over to me.
I strained my eyes trying to see.
Then I asked myself why was I there.
I told myself I had been dead for over a year.
What I told myself made me feel fear.

I had lost all I hold dear.
I took one last look at my face.
Then I left that place.
I flew to a place where I could be free.
And I would never again have to look at me.
