A beautiful narrative about the canyon and the canyon wren and the everlasting. I enjoyed reading it; a soft rhyme scheme, almost unnoticeable.

What a bait 'n switch! I thought, for sure, it was about drug addiction; humorous, babbling, rap-like poetry. Well written, nonetheless. I like it.

What brilliant, lyrical irony. I have read this poem a hundred times and still am baffled by one line: "The hand that mocked them and the heart that fed."
