The Past
The walls you've built keep you a prisoner,
You can't allow in what's locked out,
The past is the path from which you've risen,
Or the one your pain is all about.
Tomorrow has yet to embrace you,
Don't bring yesterday into today,
Right now is the only importance,
So don't let the past cloud up your way.
