Jesus Why Me

Come to the water, stand by Me and don't say a word
I already know all the pain you go through
I know you are thirsty, you won't be denied
Take the water and drink and you will find peace ,

I felt ev'ry teardrop when I fallen into darkness I cried,
I felt I was going to die with out you in my life
I prayed and I prayed for you my God to hear my cries
I do remind myself that for those tears I had cried you
My Lord died for me to set my soul free ,

Your goodness so great I can't understand how you could
Love me the way you do even when I had left you
Dear Lord Jesus , I know that all this was planned
I know You're here now, and always will be,

I come to you to say I am sorry for what you had to see
When it was all about me lost in the dark with no caring hands
No loving eyes to show me the way back to you
I look back and all I can say is thank you for loving me ,
You had freed me from my darken past
But Jesus, why me ?
