Poet Stand

Poet Stand

Shall I stand on high, just to take a poets side,
Perhaps there are those who are able to go about their lives unfettered by such concerns,
To a propounded word,

But for those like us, our fate is to face the world as orphans,
chasing through long years the shadows of vanished parents,
We write to let the world see what holds in a poets heart,

When a Poet hears the blood shame cry's that goes on in our lives,
The poet write down what that poets heart be found,
There is nothing for it but to try and see through our missions to the end of the write
in the poets eyes,

Apparently with no surprise, the poet keeps on the write of
her cry's of a world so unkind, The portion of the vision the
Poets write over time of a happy flower of its own kind,
Shall I stand on high, Just to take a poet stand?
