A Tip Of The Hat

Perfumed excitement saturates sweet life,
songs take to the stage in mind while tables
wait for succulent tastes of swirled passion,
it's a reality built from colour,
the dreams which rhythmically pushed with grace,
I flip another smile to heated grins.

People flick hunger across their fancy
as sound tortures silence with soft feathers,
it's a hectic musical manic show
when the sun flaps sunset's magnificence,
I pepper hearts without reservation
then shake conversational politeness.

Fresh toned spherical joviality
pops corks on wines; full of wicked curved looks,
while mustard romance propositions love,
candlelight sensations in silk ribbons
throw special moments into disarray,
every day is a different surprise.

Established delicacies sharpen teeth,
honey-combed pleasure created with sighs
wrap satisfaction's characteristics
in warm gestures of appreciation;
a tip of the hat rolls along angles
of acknowledgment, gratitude's nature.

And the night sweeps in with cool captured stars,
history merges with relaxation
as time locks up nourishment's ruffled groans,
another spectacular performance
dances subtly towards sleep's swift swallows,
at dawn's chopped drama it will all repeat.
