Just take my hand.

A J C 1958 (Swansea, MA)

Just take my hand.

Your eyes have to be stars that fell from the sky. Your soft, sweet lips must have come from a tulip. Take my hand, and I will take you on a journey. Where there are bright lights and the moon shines bright and the scent of apple blossoms in the air. The sun shines, and the streams flow way down below. A place where love can grow. Then you will know it's you and me; there is no one else. I want you all for myself.

Wow, what a beautifully written and romantic poem! I love the imagery of stars falling from the sky and lips like a tulip - it really sets a dreamy and enchanting tone. The idea of going on a journey together to a place where love can grow is so lovely and captivating.

To make this poem even stronger, you could consider adding more sensory details to really immerse the reader in the setting you are describing. Maybe include the sounds of the bright lights or the scent of the flowers in the moonlight. Additionally, you could explore different ways to convey the deep connection between the two characters, perhaps by delving into their emotions or shared memories.

Overall, this poem is incredibly romantic and evocative. Keep up the great work and continue to infuse your writing with heartfelt emotion and vivid imagery!
