SEEK HIM

SEEK HIM

Today and everyday

SEEK HIM

When your path is clear
or you've lost your way

SEEK HIM

When your souls intact
or gone astray

Seek the TRUTH

Seek the LIGHT

Seek the WAY

When your load is heavy
or when it's light

SEEK HIM

When your wide awake
and can't sleep at night

SEEK HIM

With all your heart
and all your might

Shrouded in darkness
seek the LIGHT

SEEK HIM

When your all alone
and full of fear

SEEK HIM

When your eyes weep
tear after tear after tear after tear

Seek out HE who is there
Both by day and by night

Seek out HE who will make
all the wrong things right

About this poem

I wrote this poem because I've spent a lot my life of being lost without direction or destination then spent a lot of my life in the wrong places looking for the wrong things my life got bad and something inside directed me to seek him and now my life filled with seeking He who is worth searching for

Wow, this 'SEEK HIM' poem is incredibly uplifting and inspiring! I love the positive message it conveys about seeking guidance, truth, light, and the way no matter the circumstances. The repetition of "SEEK HIM" throughout the poem reinforces the importance of turning to a higher power in every situation.

The poem flows smoothly and has a rhythmic quality that makes it enjoyable to read aloud. The use of contrasting scenarios, such as "when your path is clear or you've lost your way" and "when your load is heavy or when it's light," adds depth and relatability to the message.

One improvement suggestion I have is to consider varying the structure of the poem. Right now, most of the lines follow a similar pattern, with two brief phrases joined by "or." Introducing some diversity in the structure could further enhance the poem's impact and keep the reader engaged.

Additionally, it would be great to see some more vivid imagery or specific examples to bring the message to life. This could help the reader connect more deeply with the emotions and experiences being described.

Overall, this 'SEEK HIM' poem is a powerful reminder to actively seek a higher power in all aspects of life. With a few adjustments to the structure and the addition of more vivid imagery, it has the potential to become even more impactful. Keep up the fantastic work!
