Miami

Catrina Fuentes 1981 (United States)

In Miami
Where the sun and sea meet.
The waves kiss the shore
And the water hits our feet.
Bathed in warmth
As the days go on
This paradise of heaven
Where the stress is all gone
The palm trees dance
Swaying to a beat
The breeze gets stronger
And knocks me off my feet
It’s time to go home
But I don’t want it to end
Miami isn’t a place
He’s now my best friend
