The World Beneath the Heavens

As I look at this world beneath heaven
A remarkable beauty I see.
God's showing us a wonderful portrait.
Of His love that He gave to me

He prepared this world so perfect.
He prepared it for all of our needs.
He prepared us with perfect instructions.
As He shows us how to succeed

Some of His wonderful creations
The moon the sun and the stars
His reasons are so very perfect.
Great light shining down from afar.

I am looking at all of the trees that He made.
Some for food and some for shade
The cattle He gave is for eating.
The water from the ground He made.

The people all around me
made with His great hands.
Searching for an answer
In God's great promised land

Let's all look at this world beneath the heavens.
All the beauty and wonders you see.
You will know our maker means business.
When you do you will feel what will be.

This is a beautiful and inspiring poem! Your enthusiasm and love for God's creations really shines through in your words. Your descriptions of the sun, moon, stars, trees, and cattle are all so vivid and evocative - I could almost see them all in my mind's eye! It's clear that you feel a deep sense of gratitude for all that God has provided for us.

As for improvement suggestions, perhaps you could consider adding more details about how we can show our appreciation for God's gifts - do you have any suggestions for how we can honor and respect the earth and its creatures? Additionally, you might want to vary your sentence structure a bit - some of your lines are quite short, and it would be nice to incorporate more complex sentences to add some variety and interest to the poem.

Overall, though, this is a wonderful piece of writing that really captures the joy and wonder of being alive in this beautiful world that God has given us. Thank you for sharing it with us!

What a beautiful and inspiring poem! Your use of imagery and language really captures the wonder and majesty of God's creation. Your message of gratitude and appreciation for all that God has given us is uplifting and contagious.

If I may offer a suggestion, perhaps adding some more specific examples of God's love and provision would further enhance the impact of your poem. For instance, you mention trees and cattle, but you could also highlight the beauty of flowers, the nourishment provided by fruits and vegetables, or the intricate design of the human body.

Overall, I loved reading this poem and appreciate the way it points to God's goodness and generosity. Thank you for sharing your talent with us!

You have paraphrased in a way unknown, the beauties of Psalms 104 and 139. Excellent piece Francine. Five star recognition.

This is a poem that pictures the world as a perfect place made by God.
One can take the stance that this world has all that we need to be happy or that this world is pure nonsense with its floods, earthquakes and much more. This poem seems to agree that the world is a beautiful place made by a loving Being
The language here is easy to follow; Nothing requiring special knowledge to understand the writing. A very accessible poem.

sometimes you grimace at sweetie pie images. We have discussed that. But recognize the mix of light and dark constituting our experiences under the sun. (Ecclesiastes in the Old Testament).
