Put It Where It Hurts

Lawrence S. Pertillar 1947 (Connecticut)

There is no time like the time it is now!

Take the action needed,
To put it where it hurts.
Making the doing served.
Intended deserving of it.
And stop hesitating done to do first.

We have lived too many days and years,
A delusion to fiction...
Denying lies to invite,
Suffering and tears.
As we accept to observe ourselves,
Sniffing to tip toe around the truth.
Producing for us all,
Excuses to make and for more to introduce.

Let us now agree we need these days,
Less in our lives to delude to keep fictioned.
Put truth where it hurts until it addicts.
And craved to thirst with want not to quit.

Put that truth,
Where it is heard to hear and hurt.
From your mouth, mine and others too!
To make it done.
Regardless of the pain to many truth comes.
No one stays forever to remain,
Children to protect and deceive.
With lies to believe.
And told to live them,
Until time itself has gone to go.
Along with a faking,
Of a faith to have in God!
Paraded to charade,
The best of fading pretensions...
Kept continued to delude.

There is no defense yet accepted to protect,
An ongoing ignorance to portray innocence.
In a performance with tears.
Premeditated to use.
To receive anticipated sympathy given to get.

That is a very profound poem about how we live our lives on a daily basis !
Certainly most of us live too ordinary, nothing much there to make a difference What's the answer ? Trust God and learn of Him, your life will count then !
I have never seen a Christian say he was sorry he become one !
