It doesn’t matter who you’re with,
As long as you’re okay.
I want you to enjoy your life,
In every possible way.

If the truth be told I wish it were me,
With whom you spend each day.
But as long as he makes you happy,
With that I’ll be okay.

The kindness that you showed me,
Back on J’s very first birthday,
Was more than enough to hook me,
And always keep me that way.

I learned a lot about you that day,
And all of it was good.
You have a heart of purest gold,
Like everybody should.
