View from the top

Always underestimated I see myself glaring at the top
View from the bottom; keep climbing no time to stop
Make all the haters see how amazing I can be
Feel the wind blowing spreading my wings above the sea

Solid as a mountain, my faith cannot be shattered
Soft and gentle my kindness is the golden standard
Looking into the future the world greatest unknown
What defines me… I can't do it all on my own

Taking my first step outside after being isolated for what feels like an eternity
Castaway the shadows and doubts that's been lingering inside me
Seeing myself in a new light, accepting the many defeats along the way
Keep getting myself back up dust off the pain and start a new day

Change is going to come if I keep pushing forward towards tomorrow
Keep pushing me through to the other side dry up all the sorrows
Having enough strength to help me carry on ahead for a brighter future
Letting go of the past there's no time to be insecure

Breaking down those walls that s been keeping me inside my cage
Explore the other side building the bridges to cross into a new age
Cannot reset the past what is done is done no time to crash and burn
Starting up standing up again
I’m telling the world it's my turn

Just bring it
