BEREFT OF HOPE (I) 14/05/2021)
Waking nightmares walk
Through a town bereft of hope,
Humans hide in fear.

DANGER LURKING (14/05/2021),
Lovers holding hands
Blind to danger lurking by,
Soon the lovers die.

DISASTER DOGS YOU (14/05/2021)
Disaster dogs you
Your every move and plan,
Nothing can go right.

AN EVIL HALO (14/05/2021)
A roaming lost soul
Topped with an evil halo,
Slowly moving in.

HAUNTED PHANTOMS HUNT (14/05/2021)
Haunted phantoms hunt
Preying upon the weak-willed,
Seeking human slaves.

HAUNTED TOWN (14/05/2021)
Town haunted by fear
Nothing decent remains now,
All the good leached out.

HUNTING AFTER TWILIGHT (II)
Evil creatures slink
Through the spreading shadows,
Hunting after twilight.

A MONSTROUS BEING (14/05/2021)
A monstrous being
Spreading fear by passing near,
Hunting the living.

NEW TERROR RISING (II)
A mushroom cloud soars
Changes to an evil face,
New terror rising.

NIGHT BEINGS
Night beings: beings
of the night.  Come to visit
From some distant land.

NIGHT CHILLS
Night chills your body
A cold sweat envelops you,
As footsteps draw near.

NIGHT CREATURES LURKING (II)
Night creatures lurking
In dark shadows out of sight,
As darkfall approaches.

NIGHT FEARS
Fear invades your mind;
Grows like lengthening shadows,
In the coming dusk.

NIGHT FLOATERS (II)
Night floaters skimming
Inches above your head,
Drifting down toward you.

NIGHT FLYERS (I)
Night flyers sailing
Inches above the treetops,
Searching for their prey.

NIGHT GAUNTS (II)
Night Gaunts haunt your nights
Elephantine shapes are winging,
Round and round your head.

NIGHT HORDES
Hordes of screeching fiends
Plot evil, as their victims
Sleep on unawares.

NIGHT HORRORS (I)
Horror in the night;
Evil too great to mention,
Loping through the woods.

NIGHT HOWLING
A mournful howling
Disturbs the quiet night;
Death creeps slowly nearer.

NIGHT HUNTERS
Night hunters stalking
Through the lethal forestland,
Hungry for a kill.

NIGHT LURKERS
Evil creatures lurk
In the shadows near your house,
Trying to get in.

NIGHTMARE BEASTS
Horror registers
on your face, as nightmare beasts
draw slowly nearer.

THE NIGHTMARE JOURNEY (I)
Journey through a land
Of volcanoes and fire,
And mounds of grinning skulls.

NIGHTMARES DESCEND (I)
Night-time descends then
Nightmares take over, and
Cruelly torment your mind.

THE NIGHT PLAGUE
A plague of evil
Sweeps through the city;
Night demons on the rampage.

NIGHT RAVENS (I)
Evil night ravens
Torment you throughout the night;
Harbingers of doom.

NIGHT RITUALS
Night rituals loose
Terror onto the innocent,
As fiends rise up.

NIGHT’S DREADFUL SPLENDOUR
Darkness unfurling
To reveal the night.   In all
its dreadful splendour.

NIGHT’S EERIE BEAUTY
Night’s eerie beauty
Lulls you with its charms; kills you
In only seconds.

NIGHT’S ETERNAL HELL
Morbid fantasies
Trapped in an eternal hell,
Night-time brings around.

NIGHT SHADOWS
Evil lurks nearby
Hidden in the night shadows,
Waiting soon to spring.

NIGHT SHADOWS CLOSING
Night shadows closing
Forever drawing nearer,
Nightmares lurking near.

NIGHT SOLDIERS
Phantom soldiers march
Along on lonely fields where,
Battles once were waged.

NIGHT SOUNDS IN YOUR MIND
Night sounds in your mind
Hearing footsteps round your bed,
Your mind petrified.

NIGHT SPECTRES
Night spectres flying
Through the dark, lonely night,
Diving down on prey.

NIGHT STALKERS
Human carnivores
Stalk the dark alleys, to pounce
On the unwary.

THE NIGHT SURROUNDS YOU
Sounds of a cougar
Sounds of a bear (or a wolf!);
Night sounds surround you.

THE NIGHT TERRIFIES
Anguish is building
Building up inside your mind;
The night terrifies.

NIGHT TERRORS
Darkness all around
Night terrors moving nearer,
Closing for the kill.

NIGHT FLYERS (II)
Night flyers sailing
Inches above the treetops,
Searching for a kill.

NIGHT TERRORS APPROACH
Fascination and fear
As night terrors approach:
Nightmares come to life.

NIGHT TERRORS LURKING
Night terrors lurking
Just outside your vision,
Slinking round behind you.

A NIGHT TO ENDURE
A night to endure
For which there is no answer,
Fever dreams haunt you.

NOWHERE LEFT TO HIDE
Evil slinking near
A phantom behind each tree,
Nowhere left to hide.

NYARLATHOTEP
A dark cloud looming
Quivers, changes, and becomes:
Nyarlathotep.

RED VELVET (14/05/2021)
Flesh like red velvet
A head like a saurian,
Walking like a man.

SATIN (14/05/2021)
An alien creature
Possessing flesh like satin,
Sleek and glistening

TERROR DREAMS (14/05/2021)
Terror dreams ruling
All your days and all your nights
Danger oh so real.

THIS HAUNTED TOWN (14/05/2021)
Terror fills the night
A low sobbing fills the air,
In this haunted town.

VULTURES CIRCLING (14/05/2021)
Vultures circling
Relentlessly watching as,
The man begins to die.

WATCHING (14/05/2021)
A roaming lost ghost
Seeking out the living
Watching ever waiting.
