Analysis of "Just Remember"

When you look up in the air, and see the blue skies

Take time to remember the love in my eyes

Don't worry about the mistakes that I've made

Or even the ground where my corpse was laid

Remember each day and the moments we shared

The times we were happy and the times we were scared

The times when we didn't know what was ahead

Whether it was excitement or whether it was dread

Pain will shape us, it helps us get through

It drives in on when we don't know what to do

One thing I ask, and I pray this sincere

Dont let your pain drag you too far down this year

I may be gone but it isn't the end

Because when one story closes, a new one begins

Remember the past but don't dwell on it

If you do,  you'll just realize its irrelevant

Because you cant change the past, you can only move on

So keep your head high with your face to the sun
