Analysis of Eileen

leans on the railing
feeling the ferry
churning from Manhattan
turtling through the bay
away from cinematic's
phosphorescent sparkles:
girl meets boy,
feels the gripping
hand of Kong,
swoons in biplane
fatal combat
relief, remorse
philosophy:
beauty killed the beast.
Closing credits
rolling away
in memories wake.
Bright lit buildings dim
moonlight rides the waves
like moments on a silvered screen
