Analysis of A Devil's Insight
There are those who grasp the darkness
lurking in a human soul
yet set their sights on heaven's lights
to keep from losing all control.
They discern the liars from the storymen
for they spoke lies as well;
they see the noble holy men
as another destined to hell.
In humanities decay
they see but never speak
of atrocities they've seen,
they just keep walking on
as though it's nothing but a dream.
It's a devil's intuition
that's saved me from the blight,
so well self rightious men
fall victim to a humgry world
they'll cry to end the nightmare;
I'll shout back,
"Embrace the fate you're sentenced to, for it's just and fair!"
