I was born in 1956 and educated at Royal Holloway College and the University of London and taught for a while in Birmingham and Blackpool. I was a member of the Blackpool poetry group run and founded by Victoria Copland until the covid-19 pandemic. I married in 2001 but I am now divorced . My interest besides poetry are genealogy , theology and current affairs.

The use of s-(th)-ought really are the yse of sought or thought in the poem ie an alternative Adam Eve did seek the pear ie. SOUGHT BUT IF THOUGHT REPLACES IT " OF HEAVENS THOUGHT OF GODS BELONGING IN A SENSE !
