Retired Fire/Life Safety and Security professional, full time caregiver of my 6 year old beautiful granddaughter Lily, and writer of stories and poetry all of my life. With a very hard life, and difficult past, I have put my thoughts, opinions and memories down on paper through my poetry, Perhaps if I am lucky, someone may find a bit of strength, hope and inspiration. My granddaughter is 6 years old, and is in the process of publishing her very own children's story that she created by herself. I am helping her write the words, and I find myself desperately trying to draw her illustrations, and for the first time in a long time, I am laughing as I draw them. Hopefully if she see's I have published stories and poetry myself, she will understand that there are several career paths she can choose from when it comes time to follow her dreams. I hope my poetry reflects the hardships I had to endure to become the person I hope I am today. Love to everyone. No matter who you are. Tammara Cappellano
