Dreams Unawakened

Waking up in this boxed life
Holding back what is truly felt
My mind is full of unanswered questions
Yet there is so many giving their answers
Can you listen to these answers
Can you trust the answers
Never
It is your choice
It is your decision
It is only your perception
It is your life
Can you awaken yourself
Dreaming what will be
Dreaming what is now
Dreaming what went wrong
Dreaming for a change
How can a person change this
How can a person show  the difference
Evil versus good
Is it real
Can a dream be evil
Can a nightmare be real
Waking to terror
Waking to the unknown
Yet still not perceiving the dreams
Help to sole this
Help to make this easier
These dreams can be real or an illusion
These dreams are not an awakening
Or are they
Help
Lost in the unknown and want to be seen
Dreams are not always revealing
Dreams are an awaking to most

Not new to poetry but taken a break and have enjoyed life, I have entered a creative writing course and it has renewed my passion. Writing poetry and short stories have been my thing for as long as I can remember. Fiction and non-fiction. I have experienced some ghostly experiences in my life and will share them with you in poetry. Hope you all are mouths and eyes wide opened! Victoria more…
