The Price Of Fame.

The letter came
With greeting opened
"Dear poet,
Carefully reading...Discussing your poem...
We decided...You now can read it...
(In your own fifty dollar edition)"
Imagine that...
A whole page...
Among the immortals
Now so cheaply
I can find myself
After Blake
Before e.e.
And you too Frost
I did it
I made it
Full range immortality.
In fifty dollar boards.
