Pretend

So much time caring about you.
Why did you even let me?
Why did you if you knew you'd leave in a second?
Why bother.. . .
Cause you were alone.
Trust is something with each break
Gets tougher to feel.
For you my heart will never.
For you my heart now knows better.
You have not begun to deserve that piece
Of me you have gotten.
you just made new what to say
To make me think you cared.
To make me think you would be a true friend.
Then time had come i'd realized you weren't a friend.
Just a person that can pretend.
