I miss you during sunset
and when finches take flight

I miss you every heartbeat
I miss you like a breath
I miss you with a passion
and when life circles death

I miss you greenly Springtime
I miss you tan-leaf Fall
I miss you sultry Summer
and when Winter frosts pall

I miss you as my partner
I miss you as my friend
I miss you as my lover
and when I've time to spend
