Bounce

The first bounce is highest
and then is less and less.
Gravity pulls it down
and that is Newton's guess.

Shoot, roll, toss or hit the ball.
Irk, stir, vex or show some gall.
Sit, bow, crouch or stand up tall.
Laugh, grin, smile or feel dim pall.
Match, tie, score or make a call.
Clutch, snag, catch or let it fall.
Play your best or not at all.

The last bounce is lowest
and then is put to rest.
Gravity pulls it down
and that's the final test.
