Bimini

L. Sperry

The gray waves engulf me
As I gasp for air
I am cold and shivering
But still alive
The water is deep, dark, and scary
I have no idea what is lurking there

It is starting to get dark outside
And I am starting to get worried
I am in the middle of the ocean
Where no land is to be seen
I start swimming as fast as I can
Soon I reach semi-shallow land
And there before my stinging,salty eyes I see...
The wonderful island of Bimini!
