Alone Again
Iam sitiing by the fire, listening for the phone,
soon I hope you will be home.
counting the minutes that turn to hours,
will you walk in the door with a bouquet of flowers?
the fire is dieng down soon it will be out,
this is not what love is all about.
I would wake to find that you did'nt come home,
just another cold night here all alone.
I know your with another, and thats your desire
sitting with her by the fire.
