Who Told?

Melvin Cain Jr 1988 (Florence, SC 29501)

I wanted you i told you that you gave it you took it back
you pushed it snapped you swung it cracked
i left I'm back how should i act
like this i presume as if it's only us in the room
two equals talking again as a sequel
what do you need is it me if not set me free
if you ask you shall see what lies within me
tell me where you want this to lead
follow me you wouldn't want to breath
looking at your physic and your lips
thinking of what i could do with those hips
this love hate sex passion has me laughing
only on the inside but can you ride
as well as i assume just make room
in your thoughts pay the costs
of being in this position just listen
there's only one thing missing
that's the first move or first lean
moan don't scream as i go between
nobody knows how it arose
but lets reach this goal
whatever happens who told
wasn't us but trust
no worries but it's gold
relax and let the treasure unfold
lets go deeper within this sin
we can't start and forget to end
this is like heaven in a passionate form
a heavenly bond made that isn't to be torn
in here like this i hate it
but that moment was one of the greatest
the music was going i heard the beats
and the only one told was the sheets
