Apple TV for The Elderly

Apple TV For The Elderly

We may not be lost
      but we are floundering
soul-dulled amphibian-like
     swimming blindly
in large schools upstream
        without pliable thumbs
or purpose
        eyes rolling on opposite sides
of a mind in twilight
        locked-in stress-related, unable
 to surface for personal choices,
to scroll with dexterity and click
on that beautiful beach
       of Unlimited Streaming.

Oh. Really. Thank you. I don't think this contest is for me though. I started out joining about six months ago. My first two poems were one of five honorable mentions. Then nothing. I'm not a good fit for Poetry.com.

Thank you. I have to say, I don't think other people caught the theme or humor at all!
