Where is Thee

The moon rises above the horizon, the beauty of her eyes glimmer, a hint of a smile, warm as mid June.

A cool breeze waves thru the Indian grass glistening like her skin, tan as the fall colors in the morning dew.

O’ Where is my longing to be in the light of her heart or the incense of anew.

Can I be wrong to lust for the beauty of her
warm glowing skin, her smile which soothes the soul or her elegance which provides comfort.

O’ how we yearn for the taste of true love, feel of softness in our hearts of shuddered.

The rich taste of her lips in the crisp midnight air, her glowing shine of velvety hair which smells like roses in the outside realm.

Where is thee to be without the trust of pain and sorrow in farewell. Where is thee to be in the moonlight darkness why should the pain of suffering be so longing.

O’my dear let me be the inner strength of your inner life to be crawling.

Show me, show me my dear lady where art thou, my dear lady to be. Near to me, where is Thee?

Beautifully done Steven. Your poem reminds us of Romeo’s line to Juliet in the English bard Shakespeare’s classical work, “Romeo and Juliet” uttered by love struck Romeo to his betrothed Juliet whose company he is reluctant to leave, declaring to her: “Parting is such sweet sorrow that I must say ‘Good Night’ til it be ‘morrow.”

How beautifully written! Where is she and where are is he? I hear there hearts still beat as one. Forever together in the wilderness they still forever hand in hand run.

A poem that laments or moans her absence.
One thing to notice in all of this is that good poetic lines and how the wanting of that she be there is seen in the poem.
    Good read!
