My Sunday Walk

My Sunday Walk
I walk
to the park
on a sunny day
the air is fresh
the sky is blue
the earth is green
I see
the hills and valleys
the clouds and rainbows
the flowers and trees
they are beautiful
they are alive
they are changing
I hear
the brooks and rivers
the birds and insects
the laughter and chatter
they are soothing
they are harmonious
they are joyful
I smell
the grass and leaves
the roses and lilies
the smoke and ashes
they are fragrant
they are sweet
they are bitter
I feel
the sun and wind
the frost and snow
the warmth and cold
they are gentle
they are harsh
they are real
I love
my walk in nature
it fills me with peace
it makes me wonder
