Feeling Better

Whatever it takes that makes,
What is felt to feel better if replaced...
By a walk or talking to oneself to do.
Removing excuses,
Connected to a routine that stays...
Everyday to refuse,
A moody disposition...
Not to begin or originate from you.
Know to evaluate choices you make.
Without contemplating to hesitate at all,
To let go and stop.
Believing concerns you may have for others,
Are more appreciated,
Than you suspect they should be.
When that is not shown to be the reality.

Whatever it takes that makes,
Your days felt to feel better than you do.
Stop now hoping to wish,
Your expressed honesty and truthfulness...
Given to others to appreciate as is.
When you know for a fact if it was like that.
They would return a doing of the same.
Yet...
If you should be seen,
Out mingling with others socially...
They pretend not to know who you are.
While you witness to observe them,
Whispering in someone's ear.
As both point fingers in your direction.

This to do,
Should at least provide a hint or clue.
Especially if they quickly turn their heads.
And walk away.
Leaving you wondering why,
To you this was done.

Perhaps,
And this is my unsolicited opinion.
Perhaps...
And this is my guess,
They had no idea or recognized...
It was you waving to them.
To get their attention as you shouted 'hello.'

Feel better.
Keep your respect and concern for others.
However...
As a suggestion,
I would limit my priorities to a few to do.
But on the top of that list,
Be first to feel better about yourself.
To appreciate.
Before you believe,
Others will recognize...
Your efforts made to endeavor,
Has not been as easy as you make it seem!

Not too many attempt,
To become better human beings!
Today?
No.
And those yesterdays gone?
Are not coming back anytime soon!
Know this to notice it.

Feel better about yourself.
To realize the difference of it made!
