NO LOVE LOST

Where love once lived,
Truly lived, it will never be absent.
Fear can bring distance,
But it can never drive love away.
The soul will always seek it's mate.
The heart will always beat for it's half.
The mind will always revise the memoirs.
Beautiful and ugly memoirs all have the same effect,
A panting heart,
A tummy full of butterflies or the whole zoo,
Dilating pupils and the need for a shooting star.

It really is a powerful force. I just wish we'd embrace it more than fight it out of fear. It is scary though.
