It’s an enigma

Taking this leap of faith

An exciting escape
from the usual fate

To become free
of the stigma in the dance

Which is placed upon
those who don’t prescribe

To steps
in such manner

which has been prescribed
As the social norm

But if you’re not down with that
Treated as if you mean to do them harm

Though, you were born and bred
to be fair and true

To rise above the clouds,
although it’s not allowed

You chose differently.

To do and be the one
whose destiny

is decided By heart and soul
Perhaps fate

Which you do not
perceive as real

Not simply
a game of chance

No cosmic
roulette wheel

Under the influence of moods
Triggered

by Something much
Much bigger

You who follow
your own North Star

And pay attention well

Trusting Not to chance

You Who did not
Come to fail
