My Love
said, she
is still missing me...
the same way
she tells me
i love you,
even though,
we talk for hours
each and every day
even fall asleep
together and apart...
she's the one
who holds my heart
in her hands
whenever i am confused,
she understands
revealing how she longs
to kiss and hold me close...
and so do i
express
my need to be there
so many ways
by the secret
of our minds,
between your thoughts
and mine
searching the very point
our worlds meet
where we are each
at places
just beyond each
others reach,
to grasp, we must
move a touch further
to get where
we must take that leap
beyond the familiar
into the sublime
