Celestial kiss
Charles Fields II 1955 (Fort Bragg, NC)
In our heart spirits grasp
Divine visions pouring
As soular wings
reach across the abyss
soaring
Whether we’re listening
intent or ignoring
Essential energies
a gift/free to all that will
Receive its sweet blessing …
a cup overfilled…
As an ocean breeze,
gently extending…
Waves of radiant ripples
which glow
As, if to a beat
an observed ebb and flow,
Currents within oceans
of motions/as if to show
Flowing through
seemingly endless night
where stars consummated
with born again insights
Crossing astral plains beyond
further into eternity
What pulsing fervor
hearts of stars speak
In a language universal
between brethren suns,
Providing chants in chorus
to companion moons
Suggesting divine revelation
as theories get so complex
as to become lost to explanation
In the mirage of vanishing illusions
Where all along prophets spoke
mere speculation
Great beyond plans
great imaginative realization
Creative energies
leave our missed understanding
playing in the stardust still,
searching for that divine connection
to explain life/find deeper truth
experience profound spiritual exaltation
being subject to mortal danger
exposed to the unknown
like tidal waves of unbridled fury
Though moved with a directed purpose
Amidst patterns of profound complexity
If so how are all these dots connected?
Falling stars/star fields revolving past
Changing polarity in unison,
like fireflies
Gradually drifting into variable formations
Then, too when rains call air clears cleansed by
the affinity Between Inter-galactic magnetic fields
Acting upon within the atmosphere below
A trip through oceans of Earth-airspace,
We profess familiarity to know by proxy,
scientists following crude rules
of dynamic subatomic forces
chasing particles still unseen
unprepared for the capture
of Gods will
more illusive still
like pieces of a dream
of an elusive force...
relative to the rapture
using toolkits Such as, weather reports
forecasting the unseen,
further still Raindrops near
silently falling through the night
As single drops
collecting in pools under starlight
Which collect Combine
and go on downstream
Overflow from fountain springs
deep and clear
Starting currents spilling
further downstream
Provide tiny sparks
it takes to complete the arc
In visions Given means
divinely inspired will
Sparks your mind
Your heart impart
Even in your dreams
Permeating spirituality to the very core,
As celestial imageries stream through space
into eternity Shooting stars drop around us
Reaching across the skies far and wide
Like tracer rounds thick as rain
Utilizing the universal equation…
solving for Cosmic drift,
interplanetary shift,
Angle of deflection
coefficient of gravity
Acceleration
through the galaxy
Creations way
by will...
to be or
not to be
What’s that got to do
with you and me
Some may call fate
Some might call destiny
Answering in chorus
What time Space exists
If only In our minds
