Justifiably Spiritually Limited

Restricted to fiction,
An existence to create...
A false religious base.
To keep many enforced to support,
And kept faithfully worshipping...
In things to believe brings to them happiness.
Satisfaction, fulfillment and unending joy.
Displayed justifiably in limited understanding.
As to what it is they pray to and for?

Then...
When a natural created occurrence nears.
Threatening to happen.
And warned coming closer to approach,
Windows and closed doors on their homes.
Not a word heard to hear,
Thanking God each day...
For their breath to breathe.
Leaving them feeling blessed to express it.
With life to receive and experience.

Yet...
What it is that is heard and clear,
Is how does God expect them to replace...
Everything they have.
To have had worked their entire lives to get.
Now left they are with nothing to impress,
Neighbors, co-workers, family and friends!

And...
Rush then to the government,
To demand and insist...
The government bails them out,
Of a predicament.
They neither planned nor knew would come,
To remove them from their comfort zones.

As if immigrants, refugees...
The homeless to ignore and leave hungry.
Veterans of wars to have fought them.
Left somewhere on the streets ignored.
Purposely.
Are the sole owners,
Of their dilemmas created and homemade...
By the very ones,
Who assume their civic duty...
Is to selfishly please their wants and needs.
Exclusively.
With a doing not to have spent two minutes,
Proving a deserving of entitlements.

Yet...
First they are to say and express,
Their bigotry and hatred for others to accept.
Done to do and this to believe,
God made their noses to turn up.
While sniffing the 'trash' they pass.
Taught...
From perches perfect to fit the butts of fools.
Too ignorant to recognize themselves stupid!
