Appearance Of Image

A picture painted,
Can replace a thousand words.
With an erasing of intended definitions.
Originally meant to remain,
Cemented to achieve comprehension.
And understanding to continue,
Progress to document advancements made.
Easily observed to witness,
From century to century.
And each passing decade.
This had been once a normalcy.
Before one's race,
Religious belief and political affiliation...
Became a competition to fiction reality.

Today...
More are limited to ignorance.
And live with a consciousness threatened.
By truth.
Fearing honesty is better to censor.
Although difficult it is to prevent hypocrisy.
Conflicting with inflicting denial.
Bare and naked,
As the rising high price of decadence.
Chipping away a greatness to expose,
Those comfortable with deception.
And corruption disclosed on a daily basis.

However...
It is the keeping up with appearances,
And not the facts of life...
To correct and make right in need to highlight.
Done to define as an entitlement weaponized,
Against self destruction without insight.
Many mindless have been following to pride.
With a choosing to separate and discriminate,
Themselves to claim...
Of being replaced.
By the ones they display a hatred towards.
While actively seeking to feed,
Division. chaos and a conflict too inviting...
To ignore civil war.

'No one can tell dumb people they are stupid.'

Even fools referred to as idiots,
Think this is a compliment.
Only those intelligent enough feel insulted.

'I agree.
But tell me,
Which category do you fit in?
You know,
With a comfort to accept and enjoy.'

Come on.
Be serious.

'Okay.
If I called you an imbecile.
How would you take it?
Knowing you had no competition!'

Always.
Always, it's about you.
Isn't it?

'Remember.
You began painting this picture.
Without words or facts of life.
I asked you a simple question.
Not meant to offend your insecurities.
How many times have you called me moron?'

Like I said.
Always.
Always, it's about you.
Isn't it!

'Go ahead,
Judge me by the company I keep!'
