What is apathy to an energetic soul,
to someone who feels,
until their cup overflows,
their friendship reveals,
what was once concealed,
a way to feel,
a means to be healed.

has never been true,
just a meaningless phrase,
left inside to brew,
but what does it mean,
To someone who can't feel,
who tries again and again,
until hes sick of what's unreal.

is a phrase he hears once more,
this time though,
it feels less like a chore,
deep breath in, waiting for the ache,
yet instead of a lie,
he finally feels again.
