Torment Abuser
Lawrence S. Pertillar 1947 (Connecticut)
It is the look of things.
Not yet done to come.
The torment abuser uses to delude,
A view of life to imagine near.
But nowhere in sight to see appears.
Although made to believe,
The people feel threatened...
Into a sleepless fear.
A misguided society begins to defend,
An overnight danger for them is as clear...
As their own breath to breathe.
It is with the keeping their focus,
Upon the imagined look of things.
The torment abuser uses...
To attract a distraction,
Away from truth and reality to accuse...
Others are witches.
Wicked and evil.
Yet...
It is the torment abuser,
Soliciting the sorrow with no regret.
From close and distant far away shores,
Leaving many weeping.
Tears unstoppable continued wept.
If only their truth,
Kept with faith to keep stayed.
People would not allow themselves to follow,
A tormenting of their mentalities betrayed.
Purposely meant to weaken faith.
Once known to be strong.
Yet today fading away.
With abandoning their minds.
And consciously to condone.
To be owned by the torment abuser.
Left to abuse and amuse the tormentor alone!
'HOW and WHY is this being done to us!?'
For the trust, loyalty and devotion given.
To one who drives a bus then cusses,
Those the torment abuser...
Loves nothing more than crushing the ones,
Disbelieving themselves to be treated as such!
...fools!!
For one with an ego to have it seen done.
