Reflections in the mirror

As I began to look at Myself in the mirror
and all that I have become
All of the roads that I have traveled
All of the songs that I've learned and sung.
All of the lessons and teachings
that where either told or dealt
All of the pain and frustrations
that was sometimes hidden but always felt.
All of the love and laughter
that God was so kind to give
I realize Im not gone
because my reflection still lives.
My reflection is my children
My family, My friends
For when they look in the mirror
I look in the mirror
my reflection will never end.
Jesus assured me and made me see everything clearer
my faith has guided me home
but my reflection will remain in the mirror.
