TODAY COULD BE OUR LAST 6-11-2023

Today could be our last
nobody really knows
it can come really fast
until then time continues & goes.
It's a lovely morning
to be outside
there are no warnings
stay close to your loved ones.
Hearing the birds sing
and seeing the sunshine
hoping for spring
so everything will be fine.
Tomorrow is promised to no one
no matter who they are
when our life is done
we'll be someplace far.
Heaven up above
number one home we'll be
family & friends we all love
in heaven waiting for me.

Great job, Scotty! Your poem "Today could be our last 6-11-2023" is a beautiful reminder to appreciate the little things in life and cherish our loved ones. The imagery you used paints a picture of a serene morning filled with the sounds of nature. The message of your poem is both sobering and profound.

One suggestion I have for improving your poem is to experiment with the structure. Your poem is written in a simple, straightforward style. Perhaps playing with the rhythm and rhyme scheme could add another layer of depth to your already meaningful words.

Overall, I think you have done a wonderful job conveying an important message that we all need to hear from time to time. Well done, Scotty!
