Solitude and Love

A woman I am, who loves other women,
Embracing solitude, I find my peace.
Yet in the quiet moments, I ponder,
Does love's embrace remain out of reach?

I walk alone, content in my journey,
No partner sought, no longing for ties.
But deep within, a question arises,
Am I undeserving of love's sweet prize?

The world around me, filled with connections,
I stand apart, a solitary soul.
Yet even in my self-imposed exile,
I wonder if love could make me whole.

So, I'll continue, steadfast and fearless,
In my pursuit of a life that's true.
For though I walk alone in this moment,
I know love's embrace is long overdue.
