Be You Mindful O My Mind!

Be you Mindful O my mind;
like a ship in a stormy sea
you toss me.

A ship uncertain of its fate:
whether to find safety on land,
or be lost at sea;
or whether to be dashed
against rock and hope
to destruction.

In a world of illusion
you plunge me--
In oceans of fantasy
I revel

Of the most illusive dreams
I dream;
In a world of euphoria
I dwell

In idealistic pastimes
I pander
In utopia
to escape from the hard realities
of existence I delude.

About this poem

The mind is very important to mankind because a lot fireworks go on in the mind. The mind could make, or mare destinies.
