In her stroller.
She caught my eye
A-strolling
Her Mother searched some rack.
She flirted with her blue eyes.
Mine flirted back.
Not reached, her first
Of birthdays.
No language filled the gap.
But she watched me
And curious.
just fancy that.
This Old Boy, a grand dad.
Both children
Left the Nest.
Now happiness in wee eyes.
The best, the very best.
